  • 10.5 oz Egg Whites

  • 3 oz Cashew nut Powder

  • 9 oz Butter

  • 3 oz Desiccated coconut

  • 9 oz Powdered Sugar

  • One Egg

  • 9 oz Margarine

  • Fresh lime

  • 9 oz Milk Cream

  • Almond Essence

  • 5 oz self rising flour


Take a dish bowl, add self rising flour using scoop. Mix powdered sugar, butter, cream, margarine, and egg. Add a drop of almond essence, milk and lime juice to give the tangy flavor. Use the scoop to place the mixture onto a greased tray. Bake it until it attains a golden brown state.

Coco Pine fresh


  • 4 cups pineapple slice

  • 2 cups fresh coconut water

  • 1 cup tender coconut meat

  • 4 tbsp sugar syrup

  • 1 cup crushed ice


Add coconut meat, coconut water, sugar syrup in a bowl and mix it. Take glass container place ¼ cup of crushed ice and fill with the equal quantity of juice over it. Finally garnish with pineapple slice and serve it.

Coco butter cookies


  • 2 spoons butter

  • 1/2 cup sugar

  • 1 egg

  • Vanilla flavor

  • 1 cup flour

  • Pinch of salt

  • 2 cups of desiccated coconut


Take a bowl add butter, sugar, vanilla essence, egg, flour, desiccated coconut and a pinch of salt. Mix well the ingredients and set the mixture onto a greased tray . Bake for 10-15 min until it attains a golden brown state.

Tangy lemon coconut sauce


  • 0.5 oz garlic

  • 2 chillies

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1 tablespoon oil

  • 1 small bunch of onion stems

  • 1/2 cup chopped coriander

  • 4 oz coconut milk

  • 3 tablespoons of lime juice


Take a bowl and pour coconut milk and add a drop of lemon juice. Pestle the onion stems, add coriander paste and garlic paste. Finally add pinch of salt and blend with oil and egg. Cook for a few minutes and serve it.

Creamy Almond


  • 2 spoons of coconut cream

  • 2 spoons of desiccated coconut

  • 10 grams of carob powder

  • 1/2 spoon honey

  • Almonds


Take a bowl and mix with the coconut cream, desiccated coconut, carob powder and honey. Roll into small balls. Decorate with an almond and coconut. Serve it.

Raisins coconut shake


  • Approximately 3/4 cup raisins soaked in 1 cup water

  • 2 spoon flax seeds

  • 1 spoon of desiccated coconut

  • 1 spoon cocoa powder

  • 1 - 2 teaspoons coconut virgin oil

  • 1 spoon vanilla essence, (optional)

  • 1 spoon sugar

  • 1-2 frozen chopped bananas

  • 4-6 Ice cubes


Take a bowl soak raisins, desiccated coconut and flax-seed for an hour. Blend the stuffing with coconut virgin oil and sugar. Top with ice cubes and raw coco powder. Serve it.
